Hotel Clauzel Paris

Loved the cozy little balcony on the 6th floor-perfect for morning coffee! The vicinity is a culinary treasure trove with nearby gems like Rose Bakery and Maison Landemaine Martyrs for good pastries and fresh bites.

It had bad smell come from toilet. Hotel should refurbish the room condition and furnitures.

Well, I find 100 euros per night for 2 star hotel pretty expensive... but I guess Paris is expensive in general

I almost gave this lovely place a good review, but the moldy smell was quite charming, defintely added ambiance. After all this, I expected at least a welcome gift for suffering through the sewer-like bathroom. Such a miss, really disappointed in their lack of attention.

Ok hotel, great location

We got bitten by bedbugs, which also followed us home...

the hotel was friendly and the staff was amicable, it had stunning location in a really nice lively neighborhood. my room was both neat and absolutely stunning with the minimum cleanliness and balcony plus excellent breakfast. location: the property was very close to different restaurants as well as metros. i came here for 3 nights and had an excellent stay.

This will save you time and money

Great location with a 15-minute walk to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, and abundant cafes nearby. Our room had a cozy street view and was compact yet comfortable. Ideal for budget-friendly adventurers! Can't wait for my next visit.

The location on rue des Martyrs was wonderful, filled with charming bakeries and boutiques. My room was very clean and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. The staff kindly stored my luggage for several hours after checkout, allowing me to enjoy my last day in Paris.

Shower could be improved.

Location. Price. Both are good. Room I stayed in was clean. No bugs o suspicious odors. The bath was fairly spacious for a Parisian hotel.

It's the 6th time I stay in this hotel, so I'm used to it. It depends on what kind of room you get. Some of them are not so nice.

the location is perfect- very close to the Opera,Gallery Laffayat,Montmartre.The rooms had been cleaning every day.The staff is nice.

It was very noisy, the doors of the rooms were very weak and every sound could be heard.You can hear everybody in the hotel,especialy people on the stair case.The cleaning staff starts cleaning the rooms early in the morning while you are still sleeping.There were construction activities like painting and drilling with a machine.

Good location: not far from metro, not so far from Monmartre and Gallery Lafayette, low price.

It was very cold in Paris (-5).It was very-very-very cold in the hotel, in the room, it was thу real catastrofe for us inspite of that fact that we are from Russia and in Russia it was -25. Even in restraunts we couldnt take off our clothes-it was very cold!!!!!! No WI-FI in the rooms even for money, only near reception, but if you want to use that computer, yuo should put on hat, coat, warm shoes and gloves. Very-very durty carpet in the room.

The hotel is close to metro station and a lot of restaurants and small shops (including carefoure supermarket) are around. Quite rooms.

All was OK, except ants running on the table.
